Welcome to the BKC Festival of Chaos #110!
This is Kashim, the offishual Spokeskitty of BKCFoC, speaking:
Sadly there were not many submissions to the festival this month. I – purrsonally – have no clue why. Maybe the festival is not attractive anymore to you fellow kitty bloggers.
Othello asked the same about Weekend Cat Blogging a few days ago and it seems that some of you are still interested but we still have no clue why the submissions tend to zero most of the time….
We have been talking with Miz Mog, who does the administration of the Carnival of the Cats, and she has pretty much experienced the same with “her” carnival.
Guys I need to talk very clearly to you: YOU all are the centerpiece of these carnivals and we do not ask much more than to send in your link either by comments or submission forms. We do not even ask to join a special theme anymore or to a unique post for the festival, any blog post you want to send in that features your kitty is fine.
We have no clue what we should do with this carnival but it seems that it has died some time ago and maybe we should let it go…
Since we figured some of you new catbloggers might not know what all the festivals are about and how to join in we updated the FAQ page at the festival home for your convenient use, also there is some information about hosting a festival available as well as the current schedule of hosts.
So now this was enough ranting for today. Lets visit the few kitties who joined us this month:
- Miz Pet and The Bengal Brats are playing a “who is who”. Can you figure out Sonny Bob and Tigger?
- There is a little sick kitty at the House of Chaos and the Mistress is forced to act as Nurse. Awww, poor little fella we hopes you are feeling better soon!
- Kosmo says: Sumhow I feels liek a horsie! – hahaha what funny guy you are Kosmo!!
- Miz Mog and Meowza are sharing some Finally Caturday feeling!

I see that WCB is almost zero or zero these days. I am guessing it is because our friends Sher and Upsie went over the bridge, and left a sad hole with regards to WCB. But, I have just posted a photo of me on my blog, come see :) http://kitikata.blogspot.com/2009/12/i-see-you.html
You did good!
As a long time contributor, and host of The Carnival of the Cats, I’m just as puzzled as everyone else, and want to help rejuvinate the Carnivals in 2010.
